• Account information: Display alias, email address (may be a burner email), pronouns (optional), and password.
• Usage data: Which worlds you visit, events you attend, and approximate session times — collected anonymously.
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store full card numbers.
• Communications: Chat messages within worlds (retained for 30 days for moderation purposes).

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• Your real name
• Your phone number
• Your physical location (beyond country-level for compliance)
• Any biometric data

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and improve the platform, process payments, enforce our community guidelines, and send optional service notifications.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share limited data only with: Stripe (payment processing), our hosting infrastructure providers, and law enforcement when legally required.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained until you delete your account. Chat logs are retained for 30 days. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by law.
