Welcome to Laseebo. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Laseebo. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Community Standards

Laseebo is an LGBTQ+-affirming space. All users agree to:

Treat every community member with dignity and respect
Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
Not share explicit content outside of designated adult spaces
Not impersonate other individuals
Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits and Payments

Laseebo credits are a virtual currency used within the platform. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Hosts who earn tokens must reach the $100 threshold before requesting a payout. Payouts are processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription fees (Pro: $10/year, Elite: $99/year) are billed annually. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant Laseebo a license to display and distribute that content within the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Laseebo is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
